About LinkBacksOn some forums, we do not allow people to post in them apart from admins etc. However at the top of the page, it has the New Thread Icon even if you are not allowed to post in that particular forum.
How can we change it so that the Post New Thread icon is there, only if you are allowed to post in that forum?
