Question about Variables

Ok, I'm having some trouble here with my template.

What I'm trying to do is add a new Bookmarking button (but to a new template for an add on) but I can't figure out how to dynamically build the vbseo rewritten url.

Can anyone help me fill in the blanks on the following code?

As for placement, I'm trying to add it to the "Chief First Post" mod in the postbit_article template.

Also, what would the variable be for the page title? Are there global variables like that that can be used in any template?
