Paid Subscriptions Expired don't revert back members to old usergroup

For some reason when the membership expires the members are not getting reverted back to their original usergroup and even though their subscriptions shows expired they are still in the paid usergroup.

Usergroup Options:

Primary usergroup = Normal Member

Additional usergroup = My Membership

I have already tried to Update User Titles and Ranks but without success.

Someone have already fixed this problem?

Does this work correctly with vBSEO disabled?

I seem to recall this being something we had to deal with in the past, as in: that was what vB did. I'm unsure if they fixed it.

vB says that with default templates and code of vB does this work correctly, i'll try with vBSEO disabled in the next days...

I have the same problem also with vBSEO disabled.

Then it is related to something else. You may need to disable all your mods one by one to find out what can cause this.

Could be caused because we use 2 different methods to activate our membership? the first is in automatic by Paypal and the second method to activate it is manual.
