Looking for Template and Skin Recommendations

I'm building my 1st vBulletin site. I've come across a couple of options for free and paid templates but nothing really jumps out at me yet. Can anyone make a recommendation for where I can find a good selection of clean, attractive templates that are well coded?

or does everybody usually just roll their own template?

Both www.vbulletin.com and www.vbulletin.org have sections for Styles/Templates.

There's a new member in the forums, Sean (Griffin), that has some great free vBulletin templates.
