How to remove login/password dialog from navbar and move it to top like vbseo.com

I was impressed with vbseo.com because of this tricks, I would like to know the template modifications made on vbseo.com for all my vbseo enabled sites too

I need to remove login/password thing from my navbar and move the same to top please guide.

Would also need to make a seperate login page for my site like vbseo has

The designer just relocated the navbar from the navbar template to the top of the header template.
