    How To Remove Forum Description For Parent Forum Only

    Hello i need a little insight on how to remove the forum description for the parent category on the forum home. Here are some examples of how i want it.

    Here is what i have:

    As you can see under the parent main category there is a forum description. I still want the description but i don't want it to show up on the forum home and i don't want to disable all description listings altogether.

    Here is what i want:

    As you can see there is no description for the parent forum but there are for the child forums.

    Wouldn't you just not enter a description in for the category?

    When you edit the forum and it says 'category (or forum) description' just don't enter anything.

    @kevinl:

    Wouldn't that also affect the meta description for that particular category ?

    @pspmodandcfw:

    Edit this template of your style : forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost

    And remove this line from it :
    HTML Code:
    <if condition="$show['forumdescription']"><div class="smallfont">$forum[description]</div></if>
