How to get a simple navbar like mustangevolution.com ?

Very impressive work. Hopefully if know more about how to make those changes ?

they dont show any portfolio or work they have done as well people involved with the site.

AFAIK, it's all done by one person, nick. he may sub out some work, but it's mostly him. a lot of people have used him and he's probably one of the best vb designers around
