How to combine css & javascripts for vbulletin 4.1?

Currently I'm using (vBulletin 4.1.0 Patch Level 2). Now from using pagespeed & YSlow, I understand from them that I should be combining javascript & css files to improve pagespeeds & http requests.

Anyone care to share their methods on doing this?

Please try a search there. This forum is for vbseo customers and vbseo support, neither of which you seem to fit under as no license is assigned to you.
