I have php code that takes the 10-latest threads in a forum (called "news"), and links to them from my front page, along with a summary and avatar for the thread. I am also planning to do this for forum posts.
My question is, How can I code the home/index page so that it grabs the renamed URL's for those threads, rather than the vb-default ones (showthread?xxx)?
