I tried to look for the Mod or the Hack to do it, in this forum and vb.org, but wasn't able to find it.
Can you help me please?

This was custom developed by vbseo.
They have said they will release it after vb.7 goes gold, and vbseo update to follow that with the 3.7 re-writes, then the tabs/new style
