    Creating a Welcome Box in header

    Hi All,

    Wanting to create information bordered Boxes in headers of my forums and home page just like at vBSEO - vBulletin SEO .

    How would I do this please

    Hello ,

    You can use Welcome Headers to accomplish that. However we are using a heavily modified version.

    Is it possible to to obtain this technology as I think it would be a professional way to provide Information regarding my site and other pages of my site with information on people providing services relating to my site??

    I'm using vbAdvanced and just made a welcome module that gets put at the top of select pages I then placed some if statements in there so that visitors will see a different message than logged in users. The guest message is designed to enhance navigation, promote registration, and help SEO slightly, a welcome message is just clutter for registered users so for them it displays more important information.

    That is a custom coded div. view-source of the page for the code. There isn't a how-to.
