Change Title of the Tags Result Pages

Hello,

I want modify the "title" of the page of Tags.
Example:

When I find and open a tags, the title of the page is always:

Search Results - Name Forum

Example on vB.com

I would like modify it to:

Name Tags on Name Forum

Ex.

If I open the page of the tags "CMS", I would like see as title:

CMS topics on Name my Site

On vB 3.8 I used this modification but with vB 4 I have any difficulties..

Suggestion please?

The template to modify is "tag_search"?

No, it was offered after vbseo 3.5 series was locked feature wise.

This is an important issue that is being brought up in google webmaster tools as a negative for our site. Has this functionality been added to the 3.6 version? I'd love to get this fixed somehow.
