Bookmarking - how do you use vbseo friendly links?

Can anyone so me what the code should be to get the html type links (vbseo installed)

Hello,

vBSEO has a built-in Social Bookmarking option that uses SEOed URLs (and includes furl support). Please check your vbseocp.

What I'm trying to do is get the bookmarking you have installed on vbseo forum at the bottom of each post..

I'm struggling though to work out how to add vbseo links rather than the old type
