That is apart of vBSEO. You can find that option in your vbseocp.php. Look for the archive footer links.

I would highly suggest disabling the archive in its entirety.

with vbseo, the archive is completely un-necessary.
In the members' article forum here, there are 2 writes up about it.

I agree with Brian , i also find vBulletin archive useless with vBSEO
