Page stats doesn't work.

I just installed version 1.1 and global stats work, but page stats doesn't. :(

I entered correct pass and account information (global stats work), checked site id, really don't know why I couldn't see page stats.

Is the page new? Keep in mind that Analytics is NOT real time and it may take a few hours before a thread will record any traffic to it.

Well, I tested on threads that exists for some time, but I just installed new (1.1) version as old (1.0 RC4) didn't worked for me (vB4.1.2).

So I think that Google Analytics collected information about that thread, but I'm not sure if it takes some time for mod to starts showing new information?

Oh, and I tested on index page also.

I have redirection in .htaccess from www to non-www, it may affect this somehow, but in Google I set to use non-www address.

Check your date range as well at the top. By default, it is 'yesterday'.

Yes, I used last 30 days, now I tested again with this range: Aug 2, 2011 - Sep 19, 2011 on threads that had activity in last few days. Page stats are all on zero, like there wasn't any traffic whatsoever.

Just tested with last year, also didn't showed any page stats.

Please open up a ticket with login details for further troubleshooting.

Just to report, problem was in using URL prefix (last option), when it was removed (left empty) everything works fine.

Have you already tried the "Quick Links" method? If you disabled the option for yourself, you can enable it by clicking on "Enable Top Statistics".

If there's no such link, then just write the link in the address bar:

*yoursite.com*/misc.php?do= enablestats
