Not showing up

I installed this product and configured it to my analytic s account.. but I am not seeing anything show up on the side of my forum?

thoughts?

If you can supply me a phpinfo page link i can check if your php is configured with open-ssl support

weird when i flip from thread to thread.. you can see the green little stats box flash real quick on the left side of the screen.. then its gone. ( only in firefox ) in safari its no where to be seen.

I'm not seeing the java script for it in the source code at all. Is the product currently enabled?

Yep I just double checked it is enabled.

Check out the attached pic.. I was able to snap a quick screen shot before it disappeared.

isn't in your source code at all (this is what starts the livestats html).

i'm not sure why it would show up like that at all (maybe it's cached in your browser).

Do you still have the stock theme? can you switch your account to that theme (without changing the boards) and see if it shows on that theme? I'm thinking you removed something from the footer template that the product 'hooks' to for its match and thus inclusion of the scripting.

im not sure how to do that..

if you go to admincp -> styles/templates, you will see the styles available.

if you started fresh for your current theme, you should still have the default vb3 skin set as an option.

If not, you can create a NEw skin with No parent, and it will load the default scripts.
Leave the tick box unchecked so other users can't use it, but admins always have full access to all skins via the footer drop down.

I had no luck trying to do this.. any other options?
