LiveStats once was hidden behind tweets now unplacable

I enabled the LiveStats and noticed it was hidden under tweets (from tweetboard). I upgraded to the latest version RC1 I believe, and now I can't place it anywhere. It won't even show again on left-middle where it originally was.

EDIT * Turns out only the administrator can't see it. I have selected administrator and super moderators to see all stats, while moderators to see basic stats. Wonder why it won't show for Administrator (main user admin)?

By the way, in the settings for LiveStats I have, there is a typo.

To-Right, probably supposed to be Top-Right
