I've bought vBSEO! Now, for some questions!

Hi, I am Biz.
I own a gaming forum called LatestGamers.com, I have successfully bought and received vBSEO. I have a few questions now.
I have the custom URL rewrites, so instead of the regular "/forum.php?id=86" or something along the lines of that. Now it's "/general-discussion" I was told vBSEO will help improve traffic and members (hopefully, haha.) Now, how do I go along on doing so? I had a friend tell me he would help me but he is on vacation.

Now go easy on me, first time vBSEO user.

vbseo installs with defaults already defined for urls. You can change those in the Forum Urls section. Try preset 001.
