and how do i change my name for my forum? (tunedtech.ca Car enthusiasts) i wanted to be ( TunedTech.ca Car Enthusiasts Forum)

You can do this url settings at vbulletin main url options.

You can do that within vBulletin Admin CP:

Settings -> Options -> Site Name /URL / Contact Details -> Forum Name
