So this means it'll come out Feb 11th then right?
I was going to upgrade my sites this weekend but i guess another week won't hurt.

I'd say give it a week to see how stable 4.0.2 is. If they got the majority of the bugs fixed and the software is stable then I will start getting my site ready for testing.

Im still itching to upgrade. Most of my add onīs are now those that have vb4 versions available.
But the worrying thing is the amount of people asking about going back to 3.8 on the VB forum
Again until VBSEO is fully compliant and on gold release, I am holding back
But the temptation is still there, none the less
