Stable 3.7.0 Next Week

As those of you who have been keeping an eye on the bug tracker will probably be aware, the frequency and severity of bugs being reported has dropped right off in the past few weeks, and I believe that it has reached the point where we should declare vBulletin 3.7.0 stable and do a final, 'gold' release.

vBulletin 3.7.0 Stable/Gold will be released in the coming week.

I do not anticipate the release of any further release candidates in the interim period.

Today, we will be updating vBulletin.com to run the final version of the code, and we will allow this to run over the weekend to get some final, extra uninterrupted testing done on a production site.

Needless to say, should you find more bugs over the weekend, don't hesitate to report them as soon as possible so that we can ensure that next week's release will be one of the best ever.

FYI: vBSEO 3.2.0 has been made compatible with all the new vBulletin 3.7.0 features and will be released in RC state to the community simultaneously with vBulletin 3.7.0 Gold next week.

In the interim, vBSEO 3.2.0 RC3 (the next vBSEO build) will be given to our pre-release team for a final testing cycle previous to making it available to the community.

It really depends on how the RC3 (+) testing stage goes. The latest vBSEO is on the pre-release teams hands already, so I expect to have a clearer in the upcoming week. Still, vBSEO 3.2.0 will be released in RC state to all our community members concurrently or very shortly after vB 3.7.0 goes Gold.

Good stuff. I usually dread the upgrade process, but I'm looking forward to this one.

Looks like it won't happen for another week or so..

Would be great to see VBSEO as soon as 3.7.0 is out. This upgrade mania 3.6.9 and now 3.6.10 would be great to be avoided that way.

WTF.... Delayed............ half the mods dont work now. They made a wrong move..... I know it is for security but.....
