Wrong URLs Indexed by Google

I just noticed that google is indexing different unexpected urls. The urls they are indexing contain single posts instead of entire threads containing keyword-rich URLs.

Example of a URL in the google index:

"www.18884mydivorce.com/forums/307-post4.html"


URL of same thread - when I click on that thread in the forum:

"www.18884mydivorce.com/forums/divorce-law-issues/91-supervised-visitation.html"

Do I have an incorrect setting in vbseo or the sitemap generator?

Turn off show post rewrite
disable showpost in sitemap
use 'replace with permalink' option.
