I believe there are a couple of bugs and errors with the new vBulletin 3.6 version with regards to compatability with vBSEO 3.0.0 (pre-release version). However i am not sure if the current stable version, 2.4.0 has been tested with vBulletin 3.6 yet.

To be honest, the vBulletin beta isnt stable either.... thats why it's beta.
I would not recommend running vBulletin Beta (with our without vBSEO) because it is still pretty buggy from what I've seen....
To answer your question then, i would not even consider it until at the very least we have a release candidate.
