Whats This Mean: Yahoo ping: FAILED?

How do I fix this and what does it mean?

In your vBSEO Sitemap settings in AdminCP, there is a field for your Yahoo Application ID. In the description of that field, there is a link that allows you to create an ID. Once you create the ID (stick to letters/numbers, with no special characters) enter it into that field and you should be set.
