my site can go without "www"

Your .htaccess is completely wrong , please use the .htaccess file that comes with vBSEO package.

that mean i just upload the htacess from the original from vbseo? should i edit this if im using http://domian.com without www

Yes you should upload default vBSEO .htaccess file

Please check [How to] Setup www.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.com (www vs. non-www) - With .htaccess 301 redirects for how to redirect www to non www version.

i upload the htaccess from vbseo but some problem im having.

user cant log in.. cant registered.

This line is incorrect.
