What happened to my indexing/urls?

Oh my..I have a new domain...and I have been monitoring
the progress of indexed pages and urls:

12/02/2010 127 indexed pages or urls, or both.
12/09/2010 454
12/10/2010 171

this looks like a total crash.

I am going backward, not forward...

any ideas?

webmaster tools seems to be having issues today. I would ignore any results from today.

I did not get this from webmaster tools...but I will keep an eye on it and see what happens...
hopefully it is just a glitch...its hard enough to submit content on my forum, and then go
backwards, this would seem to make all my efforts mute with that, and link building, etc....

I see them go up and down all the time.
What are you using if not Web Master Tools?

most of them that I try do not work, or not very good.

You should set up a Google account and add Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics, (Requires a small javascript in your footer). You can track everything by Googles own system that way. Without WMT, have you submitted a Sitemap?

not for this domain...

I know how to setup the url in google analytics,
but I am not quite sure where I place the code
in vb...any particular file that i need to edit?
