what happen to support around here

I open a ticket around 10am today and its about 4pm now and still no answer? I mean that is ridiculous and I just paid and renewed my license too.

I mean your product is great and all but support went down the drain and I can't wait for a better alternative software to come out so I can sell all my licenses and move on

did you over-write your old htaccess file that had those rules in it?

nope. I didn't even temper with the htaccess folder. My partner might have made some changes to the httd config file but he's on vacation in another country and I dont know much about it so I rather not mess with it.

if your rules are in httpd.conf, you shouldn't be using htaccess at all.

The issue in question is related to a custom setup for your member profiles URL, and required escalation to a higher level support agent, which delayed your ticket response.

I've also posted a response via the ticket system.

Apologies for the delayed response.
