    Hey nice site, I like that gallery it looks good on your site,

    what about vbgallery for SEO?

    If I purchase photoplog maybe you could possibly help me SEO it with those great urls you have for the pics.

    Thanks

    vbgallery isn't any better plus it's support is pathetic.

    VBSEO handles the rewrites. You can use the examples found here to do them: PhotoPlog

    Yes your right about their support, it is crap honestly, their sooo slow.

    Looks like I will get photoplog, just one question:

    When you install/upgrade photoplog does it change your templates? and I heard that when you have to upgrade you have to revert your templates, but the thing is is that I have a custom skin from vbstyles.com and if I had to revert a template, well things wouldn't work for the skin anymore?

    How does that work?

    Thanks so much.

    You only have to revert templates that changed within photoplog. It's just like vbulletin when upgrading. Photoplog uses your forums styling system so as long as you use the same classes in the style it should work fine.

    Like if I reverted postbit_legacy my skin would be screwed up, I don't know how I would fix it, I have asked a question on the photoplog forums.

    May I ask how exactly you have your urls, the .htaccess file stuff.

    postbit_legacy isn't part of photoplog. It's part of vbulletin.

    Code:
    'index\.php\?c=(\d+)$' => 'cat$1/'
    'index\.php\?c=(\d+)&page=(\d+)$' => 'cat$1/$2/'
    'index\.php\?n=(\d+)$' => 'image$1/'
    'index\.php\?v=(\d+)$' => 'view$1/'
    'mustang-pictures/index\.php$' => 'mustang-pictures/'
    'index\.php\?c=(\d+)&u=(\d+)$' => 'cat$1/user$2/'

    oh so I have to revert templates that aren't part of vbulletin but part of the new templates that you add from photoplog? So my skin would not be messed up?

    Thanks

    Is there a migration path to go from Photopost Pro to Photoplog? I'm getting tired of Photopost products (classifieds, too).

    I ended up getting photo plog. Though I couldn't figure out how to tie it into peoples profile or anything else.
