What is difference in Stopword Filtering settings ? Smart or Yes ?

Yes, i must learn that .
I using Stopword Filtering which vbseo option.

Now, my Stopword Filtering setting is "Yes"

But i see other option too, it is "Smart"

What is difference with between "smart" and "yes" settings.

smart will only remove them in long strings.
so, depending on the length of the title, it will chose to include them or not.

ie,

off:
this-is-a-really-long-thread-title-with-lots-of-words-1234556

smart/yes:

this-really-long-thread-title-lots-words-123456


on shorter URLs, it will include the stop words on the smart setting:

off:

this-is-a-title-123456

smart:

this-is-a-title-123456

yes:

this-title-123456
