    /vbseo/resources/xml/config.xml - yes, it's a tad confusing.. yes, it's reported and will be fixed in the next version.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    For those still having the same problem, the config.xml file is now actually located in vbseo/resources/xml folder not vbseo/ folder as indicated.

    It's also in readme file
