vSEO License

To Support:

I apparently have an expired vSEO license. I do not use vSEO and have not since I originally bought it. I do not even use vB on the site I bought the license for. I use Joomla now.

I have emailed vSEO support several times to ask to have my name removed from your database. I have unticked the "receive email from admins" in my profile options on here, yet I still receive emails about my expired license.

So, I am posting here so maybe someone will see it:

REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST, PLEASE!

Thank you,

Eileen Kortright

Hah, and I'm still getting emails from this site. Now it's sitemap stuff.

I DON'T USE vBSEO!!!!!!!!

Glad I didn't renew 'cause I hate this kind of "customer service".

Eileen

Roan, have you submitted a support ticket? This is a best way to contact support to work this out. I have used the ticket system a lot in the past and they respond within hour's or sooner. https://www.vbseo.com/tickets/

Julio, i don't think you are helping out the thread creator right now. Perhaps send a PM (about your request) and let's just wait for staff to reply here to resolve Roan's issue.

As long as you are listed in our database as a customer, then certain emails will be sent to you with important information about expiry or configuration problems in the case of our sitemap notice.

We are upgrading our email system to allow opt-out of some email categories.

For now - if you are no longer a user, I recommend you selling your license. Many would jump at the chance to take over your license.
