Virtual Html which template to modify

I read a post by Joe Ward that I should use Virtual HTML display feature for these:

• The "myaccount" login area at the top of the page.
• The "Display Options" block.
• The thread icon descriptions.
• The "Posting Rules" box.

Coudl anyone please tell me which templates I can find these blocks

They are located in different templates.

I am not sure where is your myaccount template located but it is probably inside header.
Display Options is within forumdisplay
Posting rules is within showthread
