It seems to work fine.
Nevertheless, there can be some minor issues which will be fixed after vB 4.1 goes gold.

4.1 is just a bug fix version so there should not be any issues at all.

I'm currently using vBSEO 3.5.2 with vBulletin 4.1.0 Patch Level 1 and everything seems to be working fine.
