VBSeo for VB 4.0.3

Hi,

4.0.3 is expected in March. Will VBSeo 3.5 RC2 work with 4.0.3? I say this because given the number of bugs they are fixing in 4.0.3, a lot of VB code may have changed. And would you be releasing VBseo RC3 before 4.0.3 or after?

I'd just love to know a time frame on next releases of vBseo and the vBseositemap Period.

We can't know that before vBulletin 4.0.3 is released. There is no way for us to predict vBulletin 4.0.3 code changes before seeing 4.0.3 code.

For all that we know at the moment all should work but as you said some code may have changed that could cause some issues if this is the case then yes RC3 will be released to combat it though we wont know if these issues exist until 4.0.3 is actually released so it wouldn't be until after.

In regards to ETA's/Time frames, as an add-on company we are in the situation of having to follow vBulletin with each release so far there have been big changes that we then have to fix this slows down our own production, obviously predicting these sort of changes is near impossible for us and that is why predicting a time scale also becomes impossible.

I can say that we will get vB3.5 to Gold as soon as we can but I can also say that before we brand our product as that we will make sure that we are happy with it and can honestly say there are no known bugs present.
