vBSEO Update Service

With the vBSEO Update Service, are there supposed to be logs to show it worked in the scheduled task logs like the sitemap?

My logs show nothing for it.
I know the cron job runs every hour

No, this doesn't record in the logs.

Is the cron file supposed to be oin the server. Looking at my file in includes > cron it dates back to 2009
Looking at the present vbseo upload files, there aint one there
Just wondering if I have an old file running aimlessly

That should have been deleted. that s a 3.3.x series file.
