Vbseo support went down the drain. Now I regret paying for all my licenses

Of course i do. Sending new thread, sending pm, support system, download system etc. didn't work a couple hours ago They are working now, and i've successfully downloaded what i need.

What did they snip out? Not once has VBSEO staff tried to hide threads complaining about "lack of support". I don't know why you can't access support or whatever you can't get but they have to have a reason other than they just didn't like your thread.

I saw the original thread, and I would agree with the mods actions.

There was no need whatsoever to mention anything at all to do with nullified versions.

Hope you get your issues sorted OP as I have had nothing but great support and am even on first name terms with Oleg, (although I think he just read my profile and saw my name )

All of this because your support ticket went unanswered for 1 hour and 20 minutes, on a weekend? "vBSEO support went down the drain" because of this? Seems a bit harsh.

Just so everyone is clear, here is the breakdown of what happened:

01-13-07 4:18pm (Eastern) - You opened the ticket noting that you installed vBSEO on a new domain, and wanted to use one of your previously purchased licenses on that domain. It was showing Unregistered, as it should. You listed the three domains to which you would like to assign your 3 vBSEO licenses, one of which was the new domain.

01-13-07 4:20pm (Eastern) - Joe replied saying that he couldn't find all three of your licenses, so he asked for your payment details so he could research.

01-13-07 4:32pm (Eastern) - You replied with the payment details.

01-13-07 5:52pm (Eastern) - You post this thread. As far as I can tell, this is the only Support Ticket you have ever opened in our Support System, so I must assume that your comments can't be based off of any previous interaction with our support team.

01-13-07 5:59pm (Eastern) - Joe replied to your ticket stating that all of your licenses had been updated as requested.

Support here is one of the best, top notched available. You will not find support like vbseo offers from most & I do mean Most other companies online. They go out of their way and most times a support ticket could be answered within an hour or less. I have noticed the Administrative team, Support Team almost always have at least one member on hand.

Remember that the vBSEO team are human beings, who live a daily life as do each of us.

Funny how the truth comes out

Actually, I think part of the confusion was due to our technical difficulties during that time. Some of you may have noticed that support and new thread creation, etc. was inactive for some time.

Apologies to anyone who was impacted during this time, and also to profound since we did not realize the error in time enough to let you know that were experiencing difficulties.
