Vbseo support went down the drain. Now I regret paying for all my licenses

I decided *snip* and I bought 3 license for my sites just so that I can get support for it but now it seems like the people using *snip* the paid version are getting the same treatment. Everytime I posted a thread for help or PM someone, I hardly get any help and I am sick of this BS. Now I have 2 ticket open and someone act as if they were trying to help me out and then they stopped and never replied after about an hour now.

not only that, my search engine ranking and indexing went down the drain during the past couple of month and I need someone to help me out but no help. I am sick of this crap and I might just go ahead and sell all my license *snip*

You guys was paid $149 for the damn product but instead you rather help whenever you feels like. People who release free vbulletin hacks do better than you guys when it comes to support.

My forum was down for hours during upgrade and I had find someone to help me out but they couldn't figure out the members link and archive pages problem which my forum is still currently having.


Not only that, you guys are playing games with the releases. I have never seen any company who releases damn 8 RC version of a software before going gold. What I think is you guys are trying to release the gold version as soon as most people license expired so that they can renew their license. We not that stupid, well, I dont think I am.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket. As you can see all registration changes have made as you requested. Since we did not have all of your registration data for the 3 licenses, I had to do some tinkering in our registration database to correct everything.

I dont understand what you just did. I decided to edit my comments on this thread and ask for it to be deleted since this is the wrong section to post it. My issue is with Vbseo not with google and yahoo sitemap so you delete my thread in the general vbseo forum? that I dont understand.

Also, why did you edited my post and include most things I didn't even say and whats with the "*snip*" all over it? come on now lets act like grown ups for a min and stop with all the childish acts.

That's not true. I don't know what problems you are having but I have always gotten the best support here.

Now because I complain about support, they decided to disable all support for me. I can't use the support ticket feature, I can't use the PM and I can't download the software. All because I was frustrated by not getting any support and I post about it. That is so disrespectful and bad treatment for something that I have paid for. Says I have a full 1 year support for all 3 licenses and now they disable support for me and my site is currently having a huge issue because of their software and they refuse to help but disable support. .

I am still in shock but I have something for them and they will be sorry.

what problem are you having with vbseo ?
Once users get their site setup, we rarely see threads like this.

Are you serious? You seriously think that VBSEO is going out of their way to make you miserable? What in the world would they gain by doing this? Now here you come threatening to make them sorry? Somehow we aren't getting the whole truth here

I wont even argue with you since you are a staff member. As far as I know, I paid for the product with a 1 year free support and free download and this thread did not violate their end user policy for them to disable features that I have paid for. I do have a case if I do persue a court case. I did not make any threats to them with this thread or violated any rules. All I did was posted a thread about me not getting any support when I need to and instead of them trying to help me, they decided to disable support for me because they can't help me? I dont undertand what example they are trying to show people

Brent is not staff, he just helps on on the pre-release team. ( I think anyone can join )

I've said it a number of times, vbseo has given me the best support, right next to my host. I still stand by that.

What did they snip out? Not once has VBSEO staff tried to hide threads complaining about "lack of support". I don't know why you can't access support or whatever you can't get but they have to have a reason other than they just didn't like your thread.

I snipped elements of text out of the above post where they were considered inappropriate. They have been marked as such. The rest of the complaint thread has been left in tact.

This user still has full permissions to access downloads and support. If you are encountering an issue and cannot login to support for whatever reason, please PM me all details of what you are trying along with any error messages that are occurring.

Your support ticket has been responded to. Everything you asked has been completed.

Chris, there is no way to disable support for a single user unless you are removed from the vBSEO owners usergroup. I just checked, and you currently ARE in this usergroup. Now, I notice the support interface seems to be down, and that might very well be what you are experiencing. I am currently investigating this issue.

I just read the original copy of your post as per a private message from Joe Ward, and I agree that he made the right choice by snipping all elememts that were inappropriate such as promotion of nulled versions or competing products, and an offer to sell vBSEO for $100.

Once the support system is back online, I'll take a look at your support tickets and see what can be done with regards to any issues you have pending.
