We debated offering a service like this but have for now shelved the idea.

The price point which makes it profitable to us is likely out of reach for most webmasters who need such a service. Further, there's no way to guarantee any results, as it's entirely out of our hands. Its a hard sell and we simply ended up shelving the idea for now.
