vbseo settings > Restore?

Hi i have some how lost some of my vbseo settings, especially my relevant replacements. I did not make a backup of my vbseo settings.

But i have my fourm db backup from a previous date, i had uploaded this to see if i can obtain my old settings but i couldnt see it. Can anybody instruct in how else i would be able to obtain my settings again even though i dont have a vbseo backup but have a previous forum backup?

try to import "datastore" table from old database, then upload fresh includes/config_vbseo.php and open vBSEO CP.
