vBSEO and NuHit plugin

Hi-- we have installed the latest version of VBSEO (3.3.0) and we have also installed the wikipedia type software by NuHit (the NuWiki plugin). Unfortunately the developer of this software disappeared more than a year ago and there is no official support for the product anymore.

Anyway, all the wiki pages works fine with the latest vBSEO software and the vBulettin 3.8.2 except for the one area. In the settings for the wiki you may choose the option to separate articles from discussions (NuWiki articles are shown separate from their discussion posts). When this option is enabled discussion posts are displayed on a separate page. The problem starts when somebody makes a new "discussion post" -- after that the web page starts to reload repeatedly. Interestingly this is a problem only when using IE browser.

Any idea where the problem is or what could be done to solve this issue or where to look for the solution?

UPDATE:

When the page is reloading it is "switching" between these two URLs:
(respectively the bottom IE browser address bar is displaying "Waiting for...)

Any suggestions where to look at why this is happening?
