VBSEO Installation and Contact Problems

Hi has anyone had any trouble with installation? Before hand I posted 2 pre-sale questions that went unanswered for over 48 hours, I even tried of an alternative e-mail address, which no one got back to me, and I got tired of waiting, I bought the installation and whole package and sent the details straight away, and read that the installation would take an hour and upto 24hours...

I also tried to use the demo, to view the 6 re-write and file structure styles, all I got was arabic version that i couldnt change.

Could anyone help or any staff get back to me....

Did you email it or create a ticket in the ticket system?

Most emails are un-aswered. Use the ticket system.

Ive e-mailed the first few times and I have put my installation request through the ticket system, still no replies... I No I only ordered today, but had so many problems, before the sale and also I do not no the 6 url styles, so even if installation is through the night, it still wont be finished as I asked a couple of questions...
