VBseo High load/Overload Server

We have sinse long time the problem with the VBSEO addon with rewriteing urls use to mutch load if activted.

we have allready deactivted all other options excluding the rewrite.. and same 2x -3x higher load then normal.

The same was with an other more simple seo url vbulletin addon.

the avarage load jumped from 1.00 to 1.9 and after 1 min keep it at 2.9

That high load isnt not normal for url rewrite of whole vbulletin board, or is it?

i know about the optimization tips theard but it is not up to date and dont helped..
