I can install vbseo and sitemap before run impex script?
I need optimize the time of transition and I'm thinking about install all scripts before.

You CAN, but it's not advisable to do so. You want to get your current links working asap. Installing this tool should only take a couple minuets to upload. Just have your paths pre-configured.
