    Hello Fabrizio,

vBSEO is working flawlessly with vB 4.1.3; as you can see, we got it installed here. Just make sure you don't enable "Component URL" settings on Admin CP when upgrading your instance.

    Hi Andrés

thank you for your answer. So I'll migrate first to 4.1.3 and after I'll install 3.6.0 gold (with "Component URL" setting turned off).

    Thank you again

    Hi Andrčs

Just a doubt: I'm upgrading and I'm copying the 4.1.3 files just now. How can I verify that "Component URL" is disabled? Is it too late now that the files are in transfer? :(

    Hello Fabrizio,

It is a set of options that you can find within the vBulletin Admin Control Panel by going to:

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details

Make sure the following settings are empty:

    Forum Component URL
    CMS Component URL
    Blog Component URL

In this moment I have copied the 4.1.3 files via FTP, but I'have not already launched the upgrade script.

I think that in this situation I can't use the Admin Control Panel, isn't it?

I think that now I should launch the upgrade script and only after I should access to Control Panel to verify the Component URL options. Is it correct?

Alternatively I can re-upload the 4.1.1 files that I backed up, then launch Admin Contro Panel to verify the Component URL option, and repeat the migration steps.

    What I have to do?

    Thank you Andrés!

You can run the upgrade script as a normal upgrade .

Those settings come deactivated anyway, so you have nothing to worry about.

OK everything worked fine with the migration, now I've to install vbSEO 3.6.0 gold.

But now it's too late in Rome and so I'm going to sleep!

    Thank you for your support!
