vB's Archive Options

Whats the best settings for this option in the vbseo control panel.



I have mine set as above by default and allot of my pages are indexed on google, would it be beneficial for me to change these settings, on other forums I see sitemap at the bottom of the page and the url usually ends like it does here

http://www.vbseo.com/sitemap/

I cant actually find where my sitemap is......

The "vbseo sitemap generator" is a separate product from "vbseo" and has nothing to do with the archive. It's available in the downloads area.

Personally, I suggest disabling the archive entirely. with vbseo, it's not necessary.

Totally Agree with you Brian, Since the archive is the same content to your threads and have less important than your original threads then you can say it's a duplicate content to your original threads, Check out this thread : vBSEO Sitemap Generator : Quality vs Quantity
