Using multiple domains for the same forum

Dear vBSEO Support,

I am finetuning my SEO skills by taking over the online parrot forum sphere on the internet. I have started with a forum in The Netherlands and it is currently ranked one for most parrot specific keywords like "macaw behaviour" and "macaw for sale" and "macaw cages" etc.

To be able to get ranked this high for all specific parrots and not only for global parrot keywords I am using a difrent domain per subforum. According to vBulletin this is alowed as long as you do not filter the content of the forum displayed via the 2nd domain.

What I now would like to do is start an English forum based on the same dutch forum platform wich will filter the content based on the language setting so that it will show english forums when the language has been set to english and dutch forums when the language has been set to dutch. I will purchase an other vBulletin licence for this and was wondering if I am also required to purchase a new vBSEO licence.

I would also like to know if you support users using custom domains for their subforums for SEO purposes (when they keep the forum intact and do not filter based on domain).
