Using Custom Redirect to redirect to your affiliate/referral links

I know I've seen people bring this up in the past about amazon and shoppingads but I couldn't find it when I searched for it just now. What I want to do is make a list of sites that I have referral links on and make so if someone posts a link to that site, it's rewritten to my referral link.

This is the link I'm wanting to do:
    http://www.*****.com
    to
    http://www.*****.com/?ref=262215

Is that possible? I've tried doing it with the acronym expansion but that doesn't work.

Or, could I have it show up as mysite.com/made-up-file.html and then forward that made up file url to my referral link?

I know there's mods for 2 sites, but I'm talking about sites like "freexbox360elite.com" type of sites. I don't know what the codes are to redirect or else I can try to figure it out myself :S

There's ones that work and tons that don't. You just have to know what sites have been proven and which haven't been proven to work.
