Using 2.4.0, upgraded to vB 3.6.0

I just thought I'd mention that I'm using vbSEO4.0 and I upgraded to vBulletin 3.6.0 Gold without any issues. Everything seems to be working fine as far as I can tell..

Why not try vBSEO v.3.0.0 RC3 instead?

...one step at a time.. I was unsure the upgrade would work out (I've had issues in the past) and it was 4am when I got finished.. The next time I get about an hour of free time, I'll be upgrading the 3.0.0. RC3...

I thought there were some incompatibilities with versions of vBSEO earlier than 3.0.0, with vBulletin 3.6.0....

We definitely do not recommend running anything earlier than vBSEO 3.0.0 with vBulletin 3.6.0.

There are dB incompatibility issues with newly installed instances of vBulletin 3.6.0 + vBSEO older than 3.0.0RC2/3. For boards upgraded from vB3.5.x it doesn't happen.

The most significant problem resides on the "last post" links as vBulletin 3.6 doesn't use the "showthread.php?t=X&goto=lastpost" links type anymore, but inserts them as "showthread.php?p=Y" instead. That generates a bunch of additional queries with the older vBSEO version as it automatically retrieves details for all these threads directly from database to create the full URL, while the new vBSEO creates the URL according to the "goto post URL format" defined in vbseocp.

I'm amazed that all the additional queries (on such a big board) didn't bring your server to it's knees - If it worked with 2.4, it should fly with 3.0
