users not being able to access user cp

Anyone heard of this? i tried searching the forums but couldnt find anything.

I have 2 users who when vbseo is enabled they are unable to goto there user cp. it says invalid link please notify an admin.

I turned off VBseo and they can goto there usercp just fine.

is there a quick fix to this?
