URL's in sitemap?

How would I check how many URL's I have in my sitemap?

It seems like my website is getting indexed slow and I have not seen any increase in indexed pages in the last month.

I would like to check what is causing this. Thanks

You can see it in vbseo_sitemap/ interface (reports list).

Thanks Oleg.. I just checked it and I have 2082 URL's. I currently have 400 pages indexed on google and 130 on yahoo.

I have been stuck at these numbers for about a month now. What can I do to improve this?

I also visited the google sitemap page and turns out my site is not verified. When uploading the html file and verifying, I get the following message:

Verification status: NOT VERIFIED
We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a status of 200 in the header.

I looked into this but can not understand what I need to fix. Any help?

You should switch ""File Not Found" requests handling" option to "Send 404 HTTP code" to complete verification.
